Phone System and IT Support

We have been using VoIP for a number of years and have always found them to be very understanding to our needs. They respond to us quickly and try to sort out any problems remotely if possible, in order to get us up and running with as little disruption to business as possible.

If we require any major changes to our system, we have arranged for them to come into our offices over the weekend so we can go back into the office on Monday morning and carry on business as normal.

VoIP makes our life as easy as possible.  Although we use computers every day to carry out our business, we don’t necessarily understand them. VoIP bridges that gap for use and takes the pain away. 

I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anybody who does not have their own in-house IT dept.
